"We’ve had several bad experiences in a row over the last couple years, usually with extremely rude noisy guests above us. We were going to an all day show across the street and asked if we could check in early and requested a room on the top floor. They were more than accommodating on both requests. The room was great with more amenities than we needed. Bed was comfortable and large shower was great. Morning breakfast was more than expected with a great variety of choices.
