"The service was okay and bed were okay otherwise there was lot to improve upon in the hotel. The chair provided was very dirty and had white spots of dirt over it. The washroom was very small and the ceiling had fungus grown over it which was covered with a glossy paper. The space was very less for a room and washroom. The sanitary wares were old and pipes and fittings rusted. The only good thing was service. They woke up and put on the geyser at 4:30 AM in the morning because I had to leave...

"In the night on 11 PM, water supply in the bathroom is not available, but after 01 hour water supply is again available. So, in the view of problem of water in Delhi nowadays, this issue is not big."

"They cancelled our booking because the hotel was full. The service was terrible, the hotel dirty and the 2 guys from the reception very rude. I saw the room because first they said they have to clean the room (21:30 hrs) and you can see the dust everywhere. I don’t recommend this hotel. Nothing positive. After 14 hrs traveling we had a terrible experience there. They did the same to at least 4 other booking when we were there waiting."
