"This was the final night of our short holiday in France, booking close to the ferry for a quick getaway the following day. There was a parking challenge which was not a surprise given the reality of the walled city. The hotel advertised a parking facility which was not available but public parking was nearby outside the city and worked well. "Great and friendly staff, i like that small town feel and breakfast was delicious. It was difficult with sleeping only because my friend didn’t want to sleep with window open for fear of bugs. But that’s nothing they could have done for that. Shower is small and you can hear the other door over when they are also showering. Very quaint hotel but just have ti remember that in France places close in between lunch and dinner time."

"The accommodation was comfortable but in need of some renovation. The bedding and towels were very oldFashioned and not very luxurious. There was plenty of communal space and coffee facilities. Safe parking on premises. It is an annex of a larger hotel and facilities- breakfast and pool are quite a walk- again not clear from the advert."

"Very helpful, polite and friendly staff. The room was spacious clean with very comfy beds. Very quiet as it was facing the interior court. Some parts were a bit outdated but I guess still functional (we struggled a bit closing down the window) and some bits were missing just thick courtians but nothing to frost the windows without having it completely dark. "

"Basic hotel in a town where hotels are expensive so reasonably happy with value for money. Ideal for train station and citadel only a 15 min walk away. I did not have breakfast or need parking. The staff are friendly enough though with limited English, and Housekeeping was very thorough. The wifi worked fine after an early glich that reception soon fixed. A kettle in the room would have made the stay even better but quite happy with choice."
