I arrived at 2pm, but the desk is technically open at 4pm. There is a machine outside to check you in if the desk is closed. 1st booking was direct & received the codes. 2nd time via Expedia my booking ref number didn’t work & we nearly had to wait, was almost stuck. Luckily a guy from outside let us in with his code & called Sabrina. Whom opened...

"We had flushing issues with the toilet but the staff fixed the problem immediately. The receptionist was nice because we needed a refund for a breakfast that we were not going to use, and we got the refund immediately. Overall we felt safe within the property."
