"Clean hotel with friendly staff. A decent, substantial breakfast was included. The only issues were that the water didn't taste very good and the bed pillows were like overstuffed throw cushions- tiny and way too thick to sleep on."

"I stay at this hotel when hiking in the New River Gorge because it's a great location to access trails, there's a restaurant and bar on site, the rooms are clean and comfortable, it's easy to get to, and the town of Fayetteville is a short and easy drive away for more restaurants and bars."

"Staff at arrival, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was At dog area there was no dog poop bags in receptacle. I used a bag for the ice. Overall, we will be back."

"Great little place with a very friendly staff. My son had an early morning soccer game that was about 3 hrs from home so we were looking for lodging for the night close by. Everything seemed to be booked up when i came across this place. I'm so glad i booked it. The rooms were spotless and the natural spring water it ran off of was amazing. It doesn't have a pool but we went in the off season and had no time for a pool anyway. The beds were comfy and it was nice and peaceful. Will definitely...

"I booked this hotel, drove twelve miles out of my way and when I got there I was informed they had no rooms available. This was a nightmare! It caused me to find another room at a higher price and made for a terrible night and a horrible experience. I feel some compensation should be offered from your company to restore good faith in your company and services"
