"Great place to stay. The lady on the desk was really lovely and helpful- I arrived much earlier than planned and was able to check into my room upon arrival even though check in hadn’t started. Room clean and comfortable- I had also been upgraded which was a great bonus. Only downside is the WiFi is very slow and my phone had no service. Yours may be different but do bare this in mind! "

"We have been staying at this Ibis twice a year for 16 years, and have always been happy with the service. It is our mid journey stop and we welcomed the addition a few years ago of the opportunity to have a hot meal too. We travel with our dog and have never had a problem in that respect. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "
