The young lady at desk told my husband to unplug and plug back in. Still didn’t work. I called later and complained about tv and she came up to room and fixed it. Apparently one of 2 cords not plugged in. Then the TV was great. My husband thought she could have been friendlier. A smile could have gone a long way!
