"Upon arrival the owner met us and unlocked the front door to reception, not friendly at all, we were told restaurant was available only for breakfast which was too late for us as we were catching a ferry. "Second time I've stayed here. Convenient for the golf course and supermarket and a pleasant walk into a lovely town. Along with some places in Normandy, Bethune is the friendliest place that my Friends and I have found in France. Very good breakfast and nice Lady on reception - plus Thomas the cat.
