"A great nice apartment, but the minus is cleaning. It wasn't washed properly. I even washed over shower / bath tubs, cups / dishes and cutlery. Was a thick layer of dust and trash under the sofa and bed."

"In all my travels I have never come across a less friendly group of staff. They are useless to say the least. The place itself does not deserve to be called a hotel. The room has no phone, no air conditioning, poor curtains so the light comes in early in the Mk ring, a vacuum pump they call a hair dryer. I could go on but frankly it's not worth the effort. If you travel to Sopot avoid, avoid, avoid!!"
