An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. "Beds were very comfortable, shower and bathroom were workable but small, folks working there were extra helpful, the hotel itself was older, but overall good for the price. Discounts given for several nearby resturants, free parking in nearby parking lots although parking spaces were tight for larger cars. There was no airconditioning, which means windows had to be left open when weather was hot, and the garbage trucks and buses were too loud early in the morning and late at night. We enjoyed...

"I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "
