"We had a wonderful stay! We stopped here from KC on our way to the mountains. We accidentally left our coats, once we realized it we were too far to go back. I called and asked them if they could hold them for us to pick up on our way back and they were so helpful. Thank you!"

"The carpet needed vacuuming and they put me next to the remodel going on, who worked until 6 pm. There was noise until 9 pm. I have stayed here before and like the usual cleanliness and quiet. I am hoping this was an uncommon experience."

"My reservation was cancelled while i was on the road to the hotel. No explanation, just an email that it was canceled. It had been booked for over a month. "

"The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately that’s really the only pleasant thing about this place. The room was very outdated and smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non- smoking room. There was a big box TV which I haven’t seen in a hotel in quite some time. The deadbolt didn’t work on the door. The bathroom was very small and cramped and there was no shampoo provided. The bed was pretty comfortable though.
