"We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Astrid. We stayed in a double superior room and we liked the added room for two people. Easy walking distance to at least 10 high quality restaurants. Owner is always there and very involved with making sure we were taken care of. It was a wonderful experience both at hotel and the beautiful city of Caen."

"Budget hotel so for the cost it is extremely good value. Would have liked a hand towel for the separate sink area, but just two bath towels provided for the wet room style toilet/shower. Continental style breakfast was good for the first two days, but on our last day (a Monday) there was very little on offer. The room was small but adequate and the bed was very comfortable. "Good value for the price we paid. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Le Havre, and close to an Aldi. Property typical 2 star - could do with a makeover, but didn’t affect our stay. Adequate car parking. The hotel and rooms were clean, but could do with better towels, as ours were a bit on the small side and getting old. Water in the bathroom always hot for showers. Room good size, rail provided to hang clothes but no drawers. Electric wall heater, which was confusing to operate, but...
