"My husband and I brought our daughter to Colorado for her first vacation. Upon arriving the sweet lady at the front desk Debra accommodated the deposit needed for our stay, she was very sweet and helpful the whole stay! The location was amazing only 20 minutes away from garden of the gods! The breakfast was always a hit and served with a smile! "We had a great stay at Tru by Hilton ,It is a new place close to COS airport ,love the view from our room looking at Rockys mts, staff was really helpful breakfast was great ,loved the friendly staff . They have laundry room for use ,only thing I can suggest is they need a change machine .They ran out of quarters for me and had to go next door for more Other than that we had a great experience at this place .Will look foward to future stays here"

"Front desk person was on the phone selling a potential customer a room for 15 minutes while I stood there waiting to check in. I get it if she’s the only one working but why not AT LEAST, say hey hold on a second please. Or anything… after driving 13 hours I needed to use the restroom and I was about to bleed all over the lobby because it took so long to check in when there was absolutely no one else there. The vibes were cute. Definitely need to do better at keeping vagrants out of the lobby...
