"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wo auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Beim Essen war es leider völlig überlaufen, man musste überall anstehen und warten, egal welche Uhrzeit man kam. Dadurch war es im Speiseraum sehr ungemütlich. An der Bar wurde man leider an den Tischen nicht bedient, sondern musste sich die Getränke selbst holen und an einem Abend war es mit einer sehr langen Wartezeit verbunden. As such I am rating this at 4 stars rather than two stars. We didn’t moved to another hotel, as offered by hotels.com, as we wanted to be with friends as that was main purposes of the trip."

"Comfortable room in a property with a modern contemporary design, compared with the more retro kitsch town of Mielno. Arrangements were easy to follow, even when we arrived late at night. The baby crib we requested was already in place when arrived. The miscommunication was the need to pay town tourism tax in cash to the agent at the adjacent building. There is a modern coffee shop and bistro on the property, but unfortunately doesnt open late to enjoy a summertime late sundowner. ...
