But then I was told that they REQUIRE an additional $100 damage deposit to stay there, that will be refund upon my departure (hasn't been so far). They also had a very detailed four paragraph "contract" that I had to initial each paragraph and then sign the final document. Very unusual in my travels."

"Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy with lots of pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet property. The breakfast was mostly carbs but there was a Black Bear Diner across the street as well as a sushi place that had great noodle dishes and a large sushi menu."

"Upon getting back from dinner another room had an unattended dog barking. Hard to get to sleep. Had to go down to office to address. They had to move us twice before we could not hear. We ALWAYS stay here on our frequent travels to Southern California. Was disappointed in all the moving but finally was able to sleep. "
