"The descriptions and photos do not do this property justice! We had 7 adults and 6 kids in our group and we had more than enough space. The amenities were more than enough to keep the whole group busy and accommodating to all ages. The staff were super friendly and responsive to questions. The property was well stocked and spotless. "We had a great experience and Bennie was very informative and a great host. The property has a swing set and slide, arcade games and other kid games inside. The 2 king size beds in each bedroom was also a plus as other cabins we looked at did not provide this. Overall it was a relaxing experience and the hot tub was also nice. "

"The house is a 10/10. Very comfortable with a huge porch! Right on the Mountain Fork River just far enough east of Broken Bow to be secluded. It is in a new neighborhood so there was construction noise next door, even on Saturday. Hopefully those houses will be complete soon. Use Google or Waze maps - Apple Maps has the wrong location. There is a train at the Tyson mill that can block Red Arrow Rd, if so use Box Turtle Rd. There is also a very sweet cat that hangs around on the patio and insists...

"The places was amazing! We are all in love with the house. It has everything you need and accommodated all of our needs! We love it was close to the community pool. Which that place also was amazing! Close to places to eat! We went to the casino 10min drive. Overall we will definitely be back with our kids to explore and have fun. We all love the beds. Felt AMAZING!! Thank you for a wonderful weekend"
