"We went to Chandragiri Hills for two nights in Oct 2024 in the hopes of seeing clear views of the Himalayas, and Mount Everest. We were not disappointed. The best time to see the mountains is early morning. With luck, it will be clear enough to see Annapurna and Mount Everest. We were lucky enough to see both. "Not too exciting, there was no one at reception or to help with the luggage when we arrive. Staff not too excited to serve guests. Our driver and guide had issues with their accommodation, they were asked to pay for that. Nothing much to see in surrounding as well. "

"Just a few min walk from the center and right by the viewpoint. Nice big clean room, incredible views, safe area. Very helpful staff and the hotel manager goes out of his way to help (I needed a private taxi to go to bandipur and wanted a jeep as it had rained a lot - he organised it perfectly and at a good price). Breakfast is a bit average (like most places) but correct and filling. I would absolutely go back and recommend! "
