"Disappointed that on arrival had to pay again for the room even though i confirmed i had a receipt for payment in advance. Also the reception was unmanned midday and could not gain access. Lucky it was not raining! Really basic room. "

"Hotel Regina is in an excellent location, the reason i chose this hotel was for the transport links to and from the airport, tram line was adjacent to hotel. Hotel was exactly what we wanted, also close to some nice cafe/restaurants."

"Hotel is in a great location, the only downfall was the strange layout of the bathroom, which required us to step up into a bathroom. I think it might have to do with some plumbing reconfiguration, but we had to be extremely mindful to not slip or fall down the stairs as the toilet was right on the edge. Location was great with lots of good hotels. "
