"The manager Joy, was very helpful and friendly. I booked the wrong type of room last night and the beds were hard as a rock and the night clerk was a bit rude and didn't really want to help get a package of candy out that got stuck in the machine. The manager was helpful and allowed us to see a room that the bed was a lot softer and was king size instead of double. Thenk you Joy for helping us out."

"Went to a wedding at The Farm on Norman and this was the destination hotel. Hotel front desk Bess was professional and courteous when she checked us in. Hotel breakfast was good and hotel maintenance was great. There are a good number of diverse restaurant options walking distance to the hotel. They have a small skating rink nearby. All in all we felt very safe walking or driving in this area. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. "

"Super nice and helpful staff. However, plumbing on 4th floor was a huge issue. Shower backed up into sink and ran all over the floor and we couldn’t flush the toilet without removing lid. Manager did offer to move us to a new suite but we declined as we were only here for a short, quick over night sleep for surgery. Location is great. "
