"The house is beautiful but quirky. No or little insulation so you hear all road noise in bedrooms since rooms are closer to street. Hot water is not very hot. It’s ok but could be better. The hurricane shutters on porch/deck were still latched closed as if in a hurricane so outdoor light and view limited to glass doors which were dirty. "I was not pleased with our stay here. It is in need of plumbing repairs,good carpet cleaning and cleaner linen, new utensils and a couple of other small repairs. I hate saying these things because I know it belongs to someone who is trying to make an income from this place. But I recommend putting tender touches to this place and they might be able to up their price. Good luck in the future."
