"Had a lovely stay at Hotel Maria, the staff were all lovely and welcoming, with excellent English. The location is great...10 min walk to the town square and some great pubs close by. The breakfast was a small but good selection of different items and I never left the breakfast room feeling hungry."

"Hotel was very good, restaurant was very good. We booked a sauna room, which was very nice, but were disappointed that there was no spa availability. Perhaps the hotel should pre-offer spa services to guests booking in the hotel, it would have been nice as we were looking forward to that opportunity. The location of the hotel is interesting, being in an industrial area, so nothing to see or do outside the spa. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic! "

"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . "We stayed at this property due to being stranded in Ostrava during the Central Europe floods while in transit to Krakow. It wouldn’t be our first choice of hotels but any port in a storm. The staff were helpful but the property is probably 2 star at best "
