They should send you a follow up message after you make your reservation advising how to check in. If l didn't buy a SIM card from the airport l don't know how l would have contacted them. Die Ausstattung war leider nicht sehr gut, die Küche war minimal bestückt, hätte man vor gehabt zu kochen, wäre das mit einem Topf und einer Pfanne nicht wirklich möglich gewesen, einen Wasserkocher gab es auch nicht.
