"It’s in the center center of Cannes 3 min walk from train station and 3 minutes to the beach great location. Since I’m solo traveler I had a tiny room. Too small actually. Bathroom fine but small also. Good hot water and good pressure. Good AC. It was clean. But needs updating a bit. But for the good inexpensive price in Cannes you can’t beat it. It’s worth it and the best location just around the famous rue dAntibes "

"We needed to stay near Draguignan so it was perfect for us. Very friendly small hotel, breakfast was continental simple but good. The pool was clean, you have to pay extra for a towel. The bed was a bit hard for us but overall clean including the bathroom. Great value and I wish the new owners good luck."

"great location, half way between beach and train station, 5 mins each way. street has some good bars, not rip off prices by the sea. close to great thai - Chai Dee, just be sure to book a table as busy spot and if i hadn't, 10 days out, we would have had an his wait at 8pm.
