"I’ve been coming here for at least 20 years. I live about 20 miles west of Cleveland and I come down here to fish and hunt. This hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly! I’ve come to know a very nice lady named Barbara. She works behind the desk and is do kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing her every time I come here.I would and have recommended this hotel to a lot of my friends. A very nice place to stay! Thank you! See you soon!"

"Our toilet in the room overflowed and the bathroom was flooded. Kane from maintenance came quickly to the room and fixed the toilet issue. He was so friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. He was extremely polite and efficient at cleaning up the mess. He is definitely a superstar employee!!!"

"My room wasnt very clean when I got checked in. There was dog hair all over the place, you could tell the floors hadnt been swept. There was dog hair all over the bed and tables as well. Other then the dirtiness of the room I always enjoy my stay. "
