"The beds were fine. neighborhood overall felt reasonably safe. lots of full timers at the hotel as seen from the various cooking implements outside the rooms. floor is a bit spongy. Concrete spalling on stair supports. good for solo, not great for family. surly not a romantic spot."

"Smithfield is the approximate mid point between us and friends. We decided to do a meet up and spend a weekend together. The house was perfect for dining and relaxing. The owners went above and beyond with accommodations and amenities. Housekeeping had the place immaculately prepared. We enjoyed our time here and already contemplating future stays. Thank You!"

"When we booked the house as it is advertised for 7 people, Jennifer tried to charge us an additional $ for 5 extra people. We were forced to rent another house for the other 5 people. She refused to work with us. I had to contact VRBO 3 times to get the code. The house was dirty. There was a ham in the freezer, shoes by the front door, the garage was a disaster and it looked like a hoarder. There was trash in the trash can and the whole house felt WEIRD. "We rented the house to be near family for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is an older ranch house that is beautifully decorated. The owners have added updates. They have done a great job, however, the kitchen still needs to be updated. It looks as though they are in the process of completing their updates and remodel. I'm sure it will be an amazing home when they complete renovation."
