"I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up. I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days. The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink. The good part is the reception's friendly attitude that they fulfilled special request which we communicated in advance. "

"Minimalist . No fridge, no microwave, no coffee machine in the room. Felt like in a student room on a campus. Felt unsafe. Area is scary. After business hours you have to walk all around the dealer store from the bus station in the dark. "

"We were driving so this location worked out perfect for us. Airport, malls, attractions were within 15-20 min drive. Hotel was clean, check-in was easy. I will give it a solid 10/10 for our stay. "
