"Hotel is cute. Very clean and quiet. In retrospect I wish we had kept our reservation at the AC in uptown. But reserving through hotels.com meant we couldn’t change hotels. City Mills is somewhat out of the way and requires a drive to get to uptown. I would have preferred being able to walk out of the hotel and head to restaurants, etc. But that’s our fault. "I appreciated that whenever I came into the lobby, someone was cleaning, and it smelled fresh. I have traveled a lot in the last two years. Trust me, it makes a difference. Plus the staff were all very pleasant to see. They were all courteous and helpful."

"The staff person upon arrival was so sweet and helpful. I had surgery that day and couldn't walk and needed a wheelchair. The receptionist provided me with one and also helped me and my mother upstairs to our room with our luggage. The receptionist that came on after her was not so accommodating. We needed another blanket and extra pillow and she informed that we would have to come down to the receptionist desk to get it. I had to tell her that I couldn't walk and my mother was elderly.
