"Clean and kind"

"The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us....

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "

Our host Rebecca was absolutely amazing, she helped us in many ways - including recommendations and helping us with which passes to buy to explore the towns. "Location is excellent, staff ( Lugo) was great very informative, escorted us to our room show us how to us access code box , lights and AC. Highly recommend this property for budget minded travelers.. Italian breakfast was included. "

Overall a pleasant experince, would recommend for a stay in Laspezia since it is very convenient to visit the surrounding areas like Cinque Terre and Porto Venere "
