"The room had a very strong odor. Carpets were stained and worn out. Toilet slanted and you feel like you are tipping to the side. The walls are super thin or everyone is extremely loud and rude throughout the whole night there were sirens, doors slamming, cussing…we were only missing gunshots. There is so much light coming through around the door it was unnerving. Pillows very flat. Not staying here again."

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at Staypineapple, University Inn! The room was clean and comfortable. Upon checking in, our service dog was given her own goodie bag, and treated like a queen. We especially liked the touch of listing the names of all pets in house, in a plaque at the front desk. By far the best hotel chain if you’re traveling with your fur baby! "
