Ridiculous to expect 2 people or even one on check out to do all the paperwork, it should be automated like Premier Inn. People were getting annoyed and rude which could be avoided. We waited 35 mins to check in and 25 to check out and that...

Don’t come off the road. Go straight ahead. Ask to see the spa. It’s historical and amazing. Didn’t have a treatment. Would love to next time xxx"
