"Taking the shuttle from JFK was quite difficult because of all the construction at the airport. Hotel did not really explain how to find the shuttle, or tell me that pick up from my terminal was not available. The shuttle driver finally called me and explained how to find him, then he waited for me to return to the train and get off where he is able to pick up.
