"I booked trough orbitz and payed in advance a deposit, to my surprise they did charge again that total amount. As they claim not to had charged my card. So I got a freeze of the entire money twice."

"Nice hotel. Looking worn in the elevators. My room’s door latch didn’t work, which was annoying and required me fiddling with it to get it to close. Maintenance tried to fix it, but didn’t work. "

"Beautiful building. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be that the restaurant and tavern was not open. Stayed here many times before always enjoyed having breakfast and late night drinks in the tavern "

"We stayed here on a 1 day skiing trip to Wintergreen. It is convenient to the highway and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue is the water restriction on the shower was extreme: it meant spending more time and using just as much water while not really enjoying the 5 minute respite i usually take."

"The bed was so comfortable!!! There was great water pressure when I showered at night. I was kind of hoping breakfast would have been a little bigger but it was still good. Check in was amazing there was a college track team that pulled up same time as us with 2 tour buses but check in was so fast"

"It was the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It dates back to the 1800s! If you like history I recommend the Hampton Inn in Lexington! The wonderful man at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the hotel and shared his knowledge with us during our stay! I would definitely, without a doubt stay here again!"

"Overall, the service at this inn is top tier with an excellent willingness to fulfill customer satisfaction. The provided breakfast was delicious and the bed in our room was so comfy. With it being a colder month, our AC unit could not manage to keep the room at a comfy temperature, either being frigid or uncomformably warm. Overall though, the stay was pleasant and the bed had adequate sheets to keep us warm!"
