"I stayed at a Quality Inn for a long stay and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was decent, but the walls were so thin that you really hear everything. The bed and pillows were comfortable, though the bed sheets generated a lot of static. There was a draft of cold air coming through the wall plug, and my bedroom window was cracked. On the bright side, the staff was very nice and accommodating."

"This location, The Charles Inn at Vacationland in Bangor, ME is on your website and allowed me to book 3 rooms and it hasn’t been in operation for 2 yrs. I drove 4 hrs with family to arrive and find out we in fact did not have rooms to stay the weekend for my daughter’s college graduation. I had no other option but to look for 3 rooms elsewhere at the last minute and had to pay $1,300 more than I thought I was paying for the first place I thought I had booked. This location needs to be removed...

"It was clean, well-maintained and the staff were helpful, courteous and nice. The only downside was the noise from the nearby freeway. But since the decision was made to build the hotel right next to a major interstate highway, there's not a lot to be done about that now. "

"Property was close to off road trails from the looks of all the others that were staying. We didn't have 4 wheel drive vehicle looks like that would have been a lot of fun. Everything was clean and plenty of space for 4 in our room. "

"Outstanding location. This is within walking distance of Maine Savings Amphitheater! Most comfortable mini couch I’ve ever been in. Open space is great! However, this was advertised on VRBO as having a clothes washer and dryer. Upon arrival, unit DID NOT have a working clothes washer. After several communications with the unit’s POC and after determining that the washer could not be replaced in time during my stay, we agreed to reasonable compensation for this inconvenience.
