"Such a fabulous, traditional B&B in the perfect location. We had two nights in a seaview room and only wish we could've stayed longer! Definitely planning a return trip next year. Many thanks to Kez and Rod for their hospitality. "

"We had the twin room with the bathroom across the corridor. Due to this dressing gowns were provided which were large and cosy. Very large room with space for 2 chairs and coffee table. Breakfast for £5 was amazing! Good ale. "

"We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. "Check-in was simple, despite me arriving about 19.30, keys were sorted quickly and no issues there. However, the only breakfast option was 09.00 which is far too late, I was away before 08.00 both mornings of my stay and so had to arrange breakfast elsewhere."

"This is a lovely little cabin. Perfect for a couple of nights away. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was a bit small and low to sit on, but 2 collapsible chairs are provided. The cover and cushions to the sofa smelt of dog and could do with a wash. The water was cold as the gas had run out but Harry was great and came straight over to fit a new canister for us. Over all, its a lovely place and I'd definitely stay there again."

Location was a short walk along the river from the beach and restaurants. Finally a shout out to Ruth and Phil who were the most charming hosts you could hope to meet."

"The property is beautiful--very historic and full of character. It had just the right amount of modern touches to be comfortable without sacrificing historic charm. I loved eating in the old dining room--very good breakfasts--and being able to walk in the lovely garden. There are also 2 very good restaurants nearby for dinner."
