"It was perfectly adequate."

"I booked a one-bedroom apartment suite for a 4 night stay. The suite was spacious and had a lovely balcony to sit out on, a small kitchen with a decent sized fridge and everything you might need to be reasonably self-sufficient. The staff were extremely helpful at every turn. The bar downstairs has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The only negative was the bathroom shower which was in urgent need of renewal. Definitely not up to 5* standard in its current state and not properly clean on arrival....

"Perfect for what we needed it for. The space felt homey and spacious. We loved the super comfy beds and modern interior. The balcony was a little lacking in privacy as we were on the ground floor, but the gardens were really lovely and well maintained with lots of colourful flowers, providing a beautiful outlook, as well as a roofed outdoor dining area with BBQ. "A lovely spot, but somethings were amiss. It was noisy and the pool is nowhere big enough for the size of the park. One afternoon there was more than 30 bodies in the pool and it was chaotic and the water mirky. When the park is so busy the restaurant (more like a pub) needs to be open for lunch as well as dinner and the meals were ordinary. There was a couple of things missing from the cabin. The fire alarm was faulty and kept going off. We were there for one week and the cabin was not cleaned...

"This property had everything we needed for our one night stay. On arrival to our room there was a small issue and we were quickly upgraded to solve the issue. Parking was great and facilities were fine."

"Nice quiet area but tram just across the road.. breakfast was basic but nice… the room was a decent size with small self contained kitchen. Bed was comfortable…. But to extremely strong perfumed cleaning products used in the room gave me a massive head ache."
