"Perhaps the friendliest hotel staff we have encountered in quite a while. The continental breakfast was good. Our room had an expansive view of the airport, yet it was quiet as a tomb. Very convenient for an early morning flight. Our only nits were that the bathroom and room lighting could have been better, and the placement of the tv on the wall made it hard to get into one side of the bed."

"Nice historic downtown property, beautiful wide hallways, large rooms with high ceiling's and oversized windows. Clean but shows not unexpected age. Fantastic central location between the Rock and Roll museum and Progressive Field. Close to a wide array of dining options."

"There's really nothing walkable around, because it's on a freeway, but it's close to the airport, and the staff (especially the front desk) are excellent. "

"The staff did the very best with what they had to work with. They had an over abundance of check outs that day and therefore, a lot of new people waiting to check in. The guy at the counter remained calm and collected and pleasant!"

"They gave me two twin beds instead of two queen beds. My door doesn’t close well but it has two locks and they hold the door shut. Room number 320 third floor. Pool is ok. Add says hotel has laundry but it doesn’t have one. Carpet and inside walls are old. Blankets were clean but stained. Hotel needs work. Looks like this is a safe area to me. It is ok to stay one night just to sleep and continue your trip. "

"Very clean room, in a quiet area. Bed was pretty comfortable. Took a while for hot water to come out for the shower. I was on the third floor, so maybe that had something to do with it."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Needed a place to stay for the night while in Cleveland for the Rolling Stones concert, and this location worked out just fine for what I needed. Grabbed a bite to eat before checking out and got on the road in the morning."

"Suite was a great option for our 2 toddlers. Beds were not super comfortable. A bit outdated and there’s a lot of competition around for suites. Not enough outlets and when you could find one, the cords would not stay in. Needs some updating. "
