"The location and hotel itself is OK ( ... yep a bit pricey ...), food was OK, staf we fine. But the electric car charging was complete joke. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024."

"The hotel is a true 5-star property with outstanding rooms and service. The restaurant is excellent though an expensive option if staying more than 1 night. The free breakfast was all I needed though some may consider the buffet a little limited. All in all, one not to miss, particularly if you can find a good deal on the room rate."

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be clean and comfortable with large, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. "Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days.
