Having flown all night, we were clearly struggling a bit, and without us even having to ask, they informed us that they would prioritize getting a room cleaned quickly so we could check in early and briefly recuperate before the rest of our day. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were really impressed with the check in process. Our room was ready before 3pm and the staff member checking us in was very nice. She even gave our daughters a little toy each, which they absolutely loved. When we got to our room we noticed that the cot beds we had requested were not there but...
