"This was a nice, quiet hotel in the center of downtown. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was average for a hotel breakfast. It is in a good location with the river just a short walk away. We also tried the restaurant next door called Dizzy's and it was fantastic. I highly recommend their cheese dip! The parking was a little confusing as it in around the block in the back of the hotel, but there was a pathway that lead straight to the hotel. We just had...

"We had a late arrival driving from CA in a Moving truck towing a car. The tow had a flat so we had to call a service company come out and repair the tire. They came very late and Alex who was at the front desk called our room to make sure we knew someone was changing the tire. That’s excellent service from the staff!!!! She was also very helpful when we checked in!!! "

"When we checked into the room, the carpeting was very wet. Apparently, they had cleaned it but it wasn’t dry. Our feet were wet as we were in our socks. They offered to transfer us to another room but we had already unpacked our luggage. Perhaps they shouldn’t have rented that room until the carpeting was dry. "
