" I ordered a room with a jet hot tub from the web site .Yes I paid extra for the room .I was informed by the office that none of the rooms had jet tubs,they was in the middle of a remodel. I asked questions around the extra charge for a room with the jet tub . No response. I suggested they update the online site andI was dismissed back to the remodeling situation. They never offered to refund any part of my payment and or update the advertisement. A extra blanket in the room would be nice it is Nov . I enjoyed the room overall. They have two different parts of the hotel . I was across the road . Not sure if they had a breakfast or not. "

"We walked in to this loft and were blown away! This recently renovated loft apartment was absolutely gorgeous, super clean, and SO spacious. The renovations were beautifully done and we felt right at home there. Our host was great with communication and very responsive to my questions before arriving. We stayed there on a warm day and despite being on an upper floor, it was nice and cool in the apartment. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses were so comfortable! My only regret is we didn't get to stay longer than we did! When you book this place, be sure to check out Sugar Creek Country Store just a few doors down and a quick 1-minute walk from here. It is a fantastic and unique store with a full deli, old-time candies, jellies, and more. What a great store in a great town! Don't hesitate to book this loft and enjoy what St. Marys has to offer!"
