"We were visiting our son who had just moved near the hotel in Spain. It was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been in. The history and architecture were striking. The restaurant was delicious and kind to hungry Americans. It’s easily walkable to all Burgos de Osma has to offer including the Main Street and castle. The springs under the hotel were a treat! "The hotel is situated in a perfect position when driving from the top to the bottom of Spain. However, although the rooms are clean they are very ‘tired’ and require some work.on this occasion we stayed in a different part of the hotel and the neighbours were very noisy, haven’t suffered from this problem before and have stayed many times."

"Stayed at the hotel enroute to France.Good stop over and dog friendly although did not provide water bowl etc.Reception were friendly and efficient.2 Restaurants close by but dogs not allowed inside which is a bit of a problem in winter as too cold to sit outside.The restaurant cafe next to fuel station does however provide take out food. Would recommend this hotel as a stop over, comfortable bed and nice hot shower."

"Appearance outside of drab colours, needs renovation, tired looking. Inside beautifully shiny wooden steep spiral stairs with option of stair lift. Room had no carpet. Looked old and tired. Unsafe looking legs on the bed! Room was cold, took 4 hours to heat radiator, NO hot water in very small shower room. No restaurant, just bar food. Expensive, considering the lack of facilities!! Glad to leave! Would not recommend!! "
