She drove 10 hours to Coyhaique Chile on terrible roads and this hotel doesn't exist by this name. It has changed hands multiple times in the last year or so and EXPEDIA allowed me to book a room under a hotel name that doesn't exist. My driver had no money of her own to rent a room.
