"Very nice location. There are two sides: courtyard view and the other side. Lots of activity during the day and night with the courtyard... Noisy. Great windows to stop the noise but then you stop the fresh air. Issue with sound between suites. I could hear what the neighbors were saying very well. Overall good experience. "

"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. However, the bedding smelled like it was not dry and the pillow smelled, so I put on the cover I brought and slept. My room was of good size but needed updating I thought it expensive for what it was. It also was the hottest room I have ever stayed in with a little fan which was less than useless. Food was OK but nothing special. "
