"I stayed in this property for a teachers’ conference. The staff I spoke to were very polite and more than willing to help. The room was clean and quiet. I also liked the breakfast and the birds they have in the lobby. The only thing I did not like was the parking options. The hotel per se doesn’t have that many parking spaces so we had to park by the street and we weren’t sure about how safe it was. Nothing happened but we would have preferred to park in the property. "As a local in the area and attending the New Years Celebration at Vista it was great to know I had a room to go to instead of driving. Room was clean and the renovations made to the hotel were great. The breakfast area was the only downfall …the area is just too small. With all that room up in the Vista dining area something should be worked out. "

"Love this Hotel. This is my second time staying here. My only issue is that animals are on every floor. So trying to sleep at night when the owner or owners is not back in the room. Kept informing front desk but they really couldn’t do anything. Animals should only be allowed no higher than the 2nd floor. They are messing up your rooms and just place a bad taste in your mouth. I really don’t think I will be staying at this hotel in December of this year. That has to be under control. "
