"Staff was friendly. Room was clean- the shower was a walk-in- the only complaint was that water ran off the shower and all over the floor in a giant puddle- we had to use all of our extra towels to soak it up. This was in a handicap accessible room- which I think would be a hard situation for someone handicapped to deal with (we were put in this room- we didn’t ask for a handicap room). Other than that our stay was great! We enjoyed the staff and they were very friendly. "

"The bed was very uncomfortable. The sink faucet leaked. The shower water was backwards. There was no regular coffee in the room. Just decaf. Tea would have been nice. Very noisy night but the hotel was filled to capacity. The room was well decorated and temperature controls worked. We only slept, left at 4 am so breakfast wasn’t quite ready, but smelled good. Staff I encountered were excellent!!"
