"I spent a pleasant 3 nights here. Internet, hot water, and cleanliness were top notch. Front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating. I recommend the hotel, the city it is in, not so much. Mersin does not have a lot going on for a tourist. Stay in Tarsus instead, especially if you are interested in history."

"1. Bathroom is horrible experience. Shower tray leaked badly causing water leaked out like flooding. We nearly slipped and felt. When requesting for changing room, was told all rooms are similar.😒 2.providing the quilt without quilt cover. Seen obviously the yellow marks on quilt. 3. Heating wasn’t working.
