"When we showed up to check in the gentleman said that there are kids there so he will put us on the top floor so we dont hear the kids playing in the pool. We appreciated the thought and enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel was great as always front desk was rude to another guest checking in and made a rude remark to me maybe a lil racist or just hates his job not sure other than that I will always love this hotel for my large family "

"We had an accessable room. However, those rooms are way down at the end of the hall from the elevator. Makes no sense for handicapped people!"

"My stay was fine. The accommodations met my needs and I felt the rate was a decent value. My only complaints were very limited choices for breakfast, namely no protein options. Even some yogurt or boiled eggs would make a big difference. The other complaint was that the man who checked me in could not speak English. Fortunately, I had made my reservation and paid through Expedia, so he only had to give me my room/key."
