"I like my experience in general , a good hotel to stay one day. But I had some troubles at check in because the girl at the front desk poorly explained where my room was located. Also, when I got to the building the carpet was pretty old and stained, a huge garbage bag was in the middle of the aisle and it smelled really bad. The outside is a little unsettling too, the building is near the train tracks and it feels a little bit unsafe. I will recommend if you are just passing through SF."

"Very comfortable room and bed and good breakfast. However the light in the bedroom was minimal…weak bedside lights and no ceiling light. Reading a real book (compared to a kindle) in bed is a no-go. Also no dinner options in walking distance other than a mediocre Denny’s."

"I stay twice a year at Good Nite Inn….. the area around the property seemed to be a little cleaner this time. I was happy to see that the homeless woman that sleeps in front of IHOP was gone."
