"The hotel was clean and comfortable. We arrived very late, around 2am and there was someone at the reception who didn't speak much english but we understood each other. I wasn't expecting much of the hotel because of the price but I think overal was very good. The only thing I saw as a downside is that our room was just above where people go to smoke so I had to smell the cigarrete smoke because the room was boiling as the air conditioning wasn't working. Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! ...
