"The front desk staff was wonderful- they accommodated us nicely when we needed to Change rooms. I needed an extra night - then they allows us to stay in the same room and took our luggage back up for us while we we were out. I didn’t like the surprise of the bedspread on the last day we were there. I was fixing the bed and noticed the flip side had many many stains and rips. "When we arrived Saturday afternoon we were met by a smiling and welcoming young man "Guna". He remained that evening and early next morning. Then "Hatel" greeted us after breakfast and before we left. I must say that smiling friendly faces make a HUGE difference in life! And we were very grateful for them. Also the facilities and our room were very clean with a welcoming environment! Thanks sooo very much!"

"Hotel and the room were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. No complaints about the room, and the fan on the air conditioner made a perfect noise maker for the night. Didn’t hear our neighbors when that was on. Breakfast was as expected for this level of hotel, lots of carbs but did have some protein options available. The indoor “heated” pool was just a regular pool and very very cold. Overall good stay. "

"No breakfast, but still was offered hot coffee and complimentary snacks which was acceptable to me. Just would have loved a hot breakfast. Staff went above and beyond to make my stay better, they bought me a brand new charger because I forgot to pack. Also witnessed them offer to accomidate a guest with ride share. It's the small things that count."
